Bropex-AX Tablet is a multivitamin formulation. It is used in the treatment of nutritional deficiencies such as vitamin B complex, vitamin D, carnitine deficiency and respiratory issues. It is also used to treat anemia due to the deficiency of folic acid.Bropex-AX Tablet can be taken with or without food. How much you need, and how often you take it, will depend on what you are being treated for. Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important not to stop taking this medicine without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.Nausea, vomiting and rash are some common side effects of this medicine. Most of these usually go away within a short time. If you are bothered by them or they go on for longer, talk to your doctor or nurse. Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have had liver or kidney disease. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking this medicine.

Why can???t I get sufficient vitamin B12 in my diet?::: The primary dietary source of vitamin B12 is meat, fish, eggs and dairy products. Vitamin B12 is not found naturally in foods such as fruits, vegetables, and grains. Therefore, it is usually noticed that vegetarians or vegans are deficient in vitamin B12.| Q. What happens if I have vitamin B12 deficiency?::: Vitamin B12 deficiency may cause tiredness, weakness, constipation, loss of appetite, weight loss, and megaloblastic anemia. It may also lead to nerve problems such as numbness and tingling in the hands and feet.
