It can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It should be taken in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. It is important to note that this medicine makes birth control less effective, so use proper contraceptive methods to avoid pregnancy.This medicine's most common side effects include amenorrhea (absence of menstrual period), headache, dizziness, fatigue, and nausea. Usually, your periods stop within 10 days of taking it, but if you still experience heavy bleeding, consult with your doctor. Does Goefibro-U Tablet stop periods?::: No, taking a single tablet of Goefibro-U Tablet does not stop periods, but it may delay or prepone your periods. Can ulipristal be used as regular birth control medicine?::: No, Goefibro-U Tablet cannot be used as a regular contraceptive. It is meant for occasional use as an emergency contraceptive.
