How long does it take for Dermatofine 1% Cream to work on the skin?::: Dermatofine 1% Cream is an antifungal medicine that acts on the skin and cures fungal skin infections. The usual dosage of Dermatofine 1% Cream is once or twice daily. The duration of the treatment varies from 1 to 2 weeks depending upon the type of fungal skin infection. The doctor may even extend the duration of the therapy depending upon the person???s response to the medication.
