It treats PCOS symptoms such as acne, excessive hair growth (hirsutism) and irregular periods. Cyproterone works by blocking the overproduction of androgens (male hormones) in the ovaries, thereby reducing unwanted hair growth and acne. Ethinyl Estradiol enhances the effect of Cyproterone by reducing the amount of androgens in the blood circulation.| Q. How and in what dose should I take Ginette 35 Tablet? ::: Ginette 35 Tablet has to be started on day 1 or 2 of your menstrual cycle. Take it as per the duration advised by your doctor. However, it is recommended to take it at the same time of each day. This will ensure consistent levels of medicine in your body.| Q. What if I miss a dose of Ginette 35 Tablet?::: If you miss a dose, you should take it as soon as possible. If the dose was missed by more than 12 hours, you should not take the missed dose and simply continue the usual dosing schedule.
