This medicine must be used regularly for it to show its effect, so take it even if you don't have any symptoms. If you stop taking it before the prescribed duration, your asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) may worsen. It should not be used to relieve sudden asthma attacks. If an asthma attack occurs, use your quick-relief inhaler (reliever). To get the most benefits from this medicine, make sure you get your inhaler technique right; otherwise, the medicine won???t work well.The most common side effects of Vilfuro 200mcg/25mcg Capsule are nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory tract infection, headache, fever, back pain, pneumonia, sinusitis, and cough. You can prevent some of these symptoms by rinsing your mouth and throat with water or brushing your teeth after using your inhaler. There are other, rarer side effects that can be serious.
