It also removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body.Telesky MCT 12.50mg/50mg/40mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It makes you lose excess water through urine, hence try to take it at day time or 4 hours before bedtime to avoid frequent urination at night. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. If you miss a dose of Telesky MCT 12.50mg/50mg/40mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
