It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.Maclide EP 60mg/500mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. Use of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body leading to kidney damage on long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.| Q.
